Thanksgiving Pre-order Menu
All of our pies are made 100% from-scratch, from crust to filling, by our tiny-but-mighty team of three (plus some super-star friend and family volunteers). We use pure, fresh, real ingredients, making our pies and other baked goods the old-fashioned way. We truly believe you can taste the love baked into everything we do, and we thank you for choosing Factory Girl goodies to share with your friends and family. xo.
All orders must be placed in advance, by 5pm on Saturday, November 23. To order, please call the shop DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Please do not leave a voice message or email; if you do, your order is not confirmed until you have spoken to us directly! Thanksgiving pick-ups will be: Tuesday 11/26 (12-6), Wednesday 11/27 (9-6), and Thursday 11/27 (9-12). Please commit to your pick-up time the best you can; it's gonna be a nutty week for us and we'd appreciate you helping us to keep organized and on schedule. We will likely NOT have extras other than the confirmed orders, and we will not be taking orders for items other than this menu this week. We appreciate your understanding!
PIES. All full-size pies are 9” or 9.5” and serve 8-12. Mini pies (in assortment box only) are 4.5” and serve 2-4 each. All pie prices include tax.
Apple Bliss: Two pounds of local apples (that’s two pounds AFTER peeling and coring), blended with cinnamon and all the other good spices, in a double-crust pie. ……. $36
Country Bumpkin: Pumpkin custard bottom, pecan-praline top — both layers spiked with bourbon. This pie has become *the* Factory Girl classic. ……. $36
Anything-but-Plain-Jane Pumpkin: It’s the recipe our pie-mentor Sarah developed for us for our very first Thanksgiving pie menu and some say it’s the best they’ve ever had! ……. $25
Purple Sweet Potato: Our sweet potato pie is spiced with cinnamon, vanilla, maple, and orange zest, but the biggest twist is that the pie is PURPLE — all naturally, from purple sweet potatoes. …… $34
Pear, Honey + Juniper: Pretty much what the title says, tucked into a pie shell and topped with a sweet crumble lid. ….. $34
