While we hope to expand our bread menu in the future, we currently offer five varieties of loaf bread: English Muffin Bread, Milk and Honey Bread, Challah, Oatmeal+Wheat Bread, and Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
Our English Muffin Bread is meant to be sliced and toasted -- slice thick or thin, toast or grill and top with butter, jam, eggs, avocado, or your choice of sweet or savory. It also makes a terrific grilled cheese sandwich!
Our Milk and Honey Bread is not as sweet as its name may suggest; there is only honey in it to feed the yeast. This is a delightful soft, white bread. The top is sprinkled generously with Maldon flake salt. It can be sliced and used for sandwiches, or torn apart and enjoyed with soup or any other morning or evening meal.
We are now doing traditional braided challah, and flavored varieties of this soft, delicious bread.
Our Oatmeal + Wheat Bread is made with steel-cut oats cooked with local apples, part white and part wheat flour, it's got a subtle sweetness and perfect crumb for sandwiches or toast.
Our newest bread, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, is a fresh-baked version of the one you knew and loved.
Our English Muffin Bread is the local favorite, and, therefore, it's the one we bake most often. The other varieties are currently in rotation, but not on a regular schedule. The best way to get the loaf you want is to call ahead. Our batches do sell out very quickly some days - call ahead to reserve a loaf if you know you'll be wanting one! 267-740-2354
